Just had our roof replaced and we absolutely love how it came out!  Our salesmen, Austin Dale with Lifetime Roofing was amazing to work with:  polite, professional, communicative and a hard worker.  Austin  handled everything with the insurance company - I only had to make initial phone call and he took it from there.  He wasn’t a salesman that sold me the roof and walked away, he was on site the entire time of tear off and replacement to the end.  The install crew did an excellent job.  Debris and yard cleanup was perfect with both the crew and Austin it looked like it did the day before.  Call Austin Dale if you need a roof replacement he is A+!!  Thank you

I can’t say enough about this company,  they came by explained everything to us and it would all play out.  They came  when they said they would come and with a large crew. We have a lot under roof and the job was completed with clean up and everything by 2:00 the same day.  Lifetime Roofing was efficient, polite and respectful of us and our property.  They ran a metal detector all around the house and  raked the yard of debris.  They even ran a metal detector before he let me walk my dog.   Garrett was great to work with and answered all of our questions and concerns.  It was so nice to work with them. You won’t go wrong with this company.

Lifetime Roofing is the one to call if you want an exceptional job done from start, inspecting the roof, to finish, cleaning up after the install.  Matthew Vincent and Adrian Fontenot tended to everything including my insurance concerns. Not only did I get a new roof but with the upgrade, I got the Impact Resistant Shingles, better underlayment, and drip edge.  The roofers even painted the pipe vents to match the roof.  The roofing crew was great, working fast but meticulous but also being safe. Thank you to the entire LR team who had a part in getting a new roof for me.

I was referred to Matthew Vincent "The insurance Hammer" by a friend of mine who also got a new roof through him. I had filed a claim with my insurance company a couple years ago and they barely paid me enough money to make some repairs and I had to come out of pocket. He didn’t just come at me with some sales pitch, he leveled with me like a human being and educated me and told me the game plan and that’s exactly what he did! I was fighting my insurance company for 9 months and thought I was at a dead end road with State Farm and he never gave up! The transparency and the work ethic I saw come from this man made me want to refer him to all my friends and family and he got them new roofs also! Felix DeJean V (Quint) was so professional and answered all of our questions. Lifetime Roofing had our new roof up in one day! Everything was cleaned up, even using a metal detector to make sure that there were no nails left behind. No one wants to be told that they need a new roof! Seldom have I been as impressed with a service company as I have been with Lifetime.  They met with me and went over the process and surveyed the roof. (We had wind damage from off the lake.)  I initiated a claim with the insurance company (USAA) and then they spoke with the agent, met the inspector on site, and walked the entire process through.  It was very professional and took very little of my time.  They accepted the insurance companies initial payment, plus my deductible, and did all the work.  In essence, they fronted about 50% of the payment until the insurance company paid out after it was done.

We also have clay ridge caps, which were very old.  Though the insurance claim was the clean and reuse them, they replaced it with new clay ridge caps at no extra cost.  The quality of the work was great.  I have recommended them to several friends at this point.

An exceptional roof inspection experience.

I was looking for peace of mind after a hailstorm, so scheduled a free inspection with Lifetime Roofing.  Steven Morgan showed up right on time, and was thorough in his explanation of the inspection process.  He showed clear example pictures of what he would be looking for, explaining the various implications of hail damage, blistering, vs. general age related wear.

Thankfully, he let me know that i had no hail damage and told me that my 7 year old roof was in overall great shape.  He sent me pictures of his inspection for my records, and even helped clean a few problem spots on my gutters in the process.  Overall great customer service, will be recommending to all my friends and family!

Several roofing came by, after the hail damage we had in Prairieville.  After talking with Adrian and Garrett, with Lifetime Roofing, I felt like they were the Co.to go with.  I made a good choice!  I done quite a bit of roofing, in my younger days. Their crew, installing the roofing, was the best I've ever seen. My is about 50 "squares" of roofing.
